When returning your items, please ensure you include a note with your name, address, email address, contact number and order number. Please indicate whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
Once we have received your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 working days. Refunds will go onto the card used when you made your purchase.
Please note we will not be able to refund any postage charges.

If your items are damaged, faulty or not what you originally ordered, please notify us as soon as possible on 0208 464 1551 or email@example.com and we will be happy to arrange an exchange or refund, in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Where applicable, please ensure you keep all packaging and shipping cartons along with the damaged products for inspection.
Please note items purchased at a concession or from a Newton Wood stockist cannot be returned via our website. These items will need to be returned to the store or salon where they were purchased in line with the retailer’s return policy.
