We are delighted to launch our Newton Wood Wellbeing Webinar Series with our lovely co-hosts Julie Stewart from Julie Stewart Nutrition and Shirley Blanch from Get Mindful. This is the first episode in our three part series which gives you fantastic tips and guidance, focussing on mindfulness, nutrition and skincare, so that you can create your own holistic wellbeing routine.
Borne out of the current Covid-19 pandemic, and the unnerving situation in which we all find ourselves, we decided to put together this series to help manage our anxieties, worries and concerns by restoring our daily routine. We have all had to adapt to a new way of living, quite literally overnight, and that has come with a whole host of frustrations, challenges and concerns. By creating and implementing a daily routine, designed around your new way of living, you can begin to feel a sense of control which, in turn, helps to manage anxiety and stress about our current situation, as well as the uncertain future.
The guidance offered in this episode, and throughout the series as a whole, can be used both during our time in lock down and thereafter. Covid-19 has made us all realise that we all take so much for granted including our health and it is a harsh reminder that we need to care for ourselves every day as part of our self care routines. We hope you enjoy the our first episode focussed on creating your holistic morning routine with great tips on how you can look after your physical, emotional and mental wellbeing from the moment you wake up.
