We are delighted to release our third and final episode in our Newton Wood Well-being Webinar Series; Your Evening Routine. In this episode, we focus on the importance of relaxing and unwinding at the end of the day, not only to calm the body and mind but also, to prepare yourself for a good quality night’s sleep. Ensuring that we sleep well allows us to recharge overnight so that we wake up feeling refreshed and energised and ready for the day ahead.

So along with our lovely co-hosts Julie Stewart from Julie Stewart Nutrition and Shirley Blanch from Get Mindful, we have put together an array of ways in which you can de-stress at the end of the day. Julie speaks about ways in which we can reduce fatigue and tiredness, we speak about how you can use our Epsom Salt crystals as part of your evening routine to prepare for a great night’s sleep (even those who do not struggle with sleep or suffer from insomnia can benefit) and Shirley guides us through a beautiful meditation that we can do before bed.

These tips, along with those covered in our first and second episodes, can be used to create your very own holistic self-care routine to ensure that you are looking after your mind, body and spirit at regular points throughout the day.
