This month’s Aromatherapy Awareness Week takes place from 6th-12th June and is aimed at highlighting the power of aromatherapy when it comes to relaxation, relieving stress and improving overall wellbeing.

Aromatherapy harnesses the natural power of essential oils, which are derived from plants, to create a sensory experience that uplifts the mind, body and spirit. The aromatic molecules of the oils interact with our senses, triggering various responses in our brain and body.

So why not don your favourite dressing gown while you fill a bath with warm water and get ready to explore the enchanting world of our bath and body oils…

Sink into bliss…

Our range of oils allow for a luxurious and immersive experience, allowing you to transform an ordinary bath into a sanctuary of relaxation and rejuvenation.

Our Relax Organic Bath & Body Oil helps relax your body and mind with bergamot, lavender and clary sage. It’s a tranquil mix of essential oils specially selected to help you relax and unwind after the most testing days.

Alternatively, why not opt for our Revitalise Organic Bath & Body Oil? Featuring the key ingredients of mandarin, geranium and eucalyptus, you can transport yourself to an indulgent spa at home as you soothe away aches and pains to renew your vitality.

And if you’re looking to restore some serenity, then try our Restore Organic Bath & Body Oil which features lavender, rosemary and pine. Offering an aromatic blend of essential oils to ground and restore balance in your wellbeing after a stressful or exhausting day, you’ll be hard pushed to find something that will do the job as well as this.

Nourish your skin

Apart from their aromatic benefits, our bath and body oils are also packed with nourishing properties that work wonders for your skin. The oils are rich in vitamins, antioxidants and fatty acids that deeply moisturise and nourish the skin, leaving it soft, supple and radiant.

Our oils can also help soothe dryness, relieve itching and improve overall skin texture. You can indulge in a soak in the tub or apply oil to your skin after a shower. Remember to embrace the calmness by dimming the lights, lighting some candles if appropriate and playing some soft music; the stresses of the day will soon melt away…

And while we’re on the subject of Aromatherapy Awareness Week, why not treat a friend or family member who deserves a little pampering to a bottle of one of our Bath & Body Oils and help spread the joy? You could even host a spa-themed gathering, complete with scented candles, soft robes and a variety of bath and body oils to revel in the power of aromatherapy together!

Finally, what better way to round up the month with World Wellbeing Week from 26th-30th June. Enjoy….!

7 tips to incorporate aromatherapy into daily life:

  2. Enhance your productivity and focus by diffusing essential oils like rosemary, eucalyptus or lemon in your workspace. The scents can boost concentration and create a positive ambiance, making your workday more enjoyable.
  3. Incorporate essential oils into your skincare regimen to promote healthy skin and give it a boost of hydration.
  4. Fill your living space with tranquility by using essential oil diffusers or room sprays. Opt for calming scents like lavender, camomile or sandalwood to create a serene atmosphere that promotes relaxation and helps reduces anxiety.
  5. Energise your workouts by using invigorating essential oils. Apply a few drops of peppermint or eucalyptus oil to your pulse points before exercising to increase focus and stimulate your senses.
  6. Infuse your self-care rituals with the power of aromatherapy. Whether it’s yoga, meditation or mindfulness, diffuse calming oils like lavender or frankincense to enhance relaxation and promote a sense of wellbeing.

I suffer quite badly from eczema, especially on my hands. It's the part of my body I am most conscious about as everyone sees them. I heard about the benefits of Epsom salt for dry skin and saw that these crystals were 100% natural, so decided to try them out. Since then I've added the crystals to my regular hand wash and hand cream to make an organic hand scrub, which seems to soothe my itchy, flaky skin and leave my hands feeling soft.
