I suffer quite badly from eczema, especially on my hands. It's the part of my body I am most conscious about as everyone sees them. I heard about the benefits of Epsom salt for dry skin and saw that these crystals were 100% natural, so decided to try them out. Since then I've added the crystals to my regular hand wash and hand cream to make an organic hand scrub, which seems to soothe my itchy, flaky skin and leave my hands feeling soft.
