Aching back, knees and shoulders are common among expectant mothers.  A natural way to ease these aches and pains is to soak in an Epsom Salt bath. The magnesium in the Epsom salt helps draw out toxins and reduces inflammation, to leave you feeling rested and relaxed.

Generously pour our Epsom Salt crystals into a warm bath or basin.  Soak your body or just your feet for 20-30 minutes.*
